Meet Our Administrative Staff
Kim — Concierge / Office Manager
Our concierge welcomes and orients you to the practice, helping to put your needs in focus and introduces you to all of the care-givers. She will explain your Treatment Plan in detail, assist you in you financial arrangements, and coordinate your appointments so that your treatment can be completed efficiently. Her lifelong devotion to service in the healthcare field reveals itself in the caring manner with which she attends you. She is the “go to” person as you receive treatment, to whom you can go with any questions or difficulties you might encounter. Kim’s friendly approach makes new patients quickly feel like a part of our dental family!
Arnetta — Treatment Plan Coordinator
Once you are comfortable in your dental home, your regular visits and new treatment will be arranged by Arnetta, whose warmth and clarity will ensure that you receive convenient appointments and derive all possible assistance from any insurance you might have available. Arnetta has, similarly, been a part of the dental profession for many years, and so probably has encountered any question you might have.

Meet Our Clinical Staff
Carole — Dental Hygienist
Carole, RDH, BS, MPH, has been a practicing dental hygienist since 1976 and has also been an adjunct instructor of Dental Hygiene at Kennedy King College for the last eight years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University and her Masters in Public Health from George Williams College.
Since graduation, Carole has been active with the Illinois Dental Hygienists’ Association (IDHA) and the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA). Carole has served in a variety of volunteer roles and is currently serving as the ADHA District VIII Trustee.
In her spare time, Carole enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves to travel, read, and spend time with her husband on his motorcycle.
Joan - Dental Assistant
Aside from helping keep the procedures on schedule by making the doctors’ work more efficient, Joan’s down-to-earth manner and kindness assure that there are no loose ends after your appointment is over.
